Scope of Services:

• Review current legal documents with our 20-point diagnostic
• Give feedback on the company’s legal health.
• If the company passes the legal health check, onboard to Clerky.

Your transparent flat fee for this project is $1,500.

We are ready to get to work once we receive payment.

By clicking the “Accept” button and completing the payment process, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a legal agreement with us and are consenting to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement is entered into in the state of New York, and under New York law for all purposes. Venue for any disputes and/or claims of any sort under this contract is in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, New York. Westaway may hire affiliated attorneys to assist with portions of a legal matter, though attorneys at Westaway have the final review on all work. You understand and consent to the use of affiliated attorneys. This non-refundable payment is due upon receipt. Furthermore, you give us permission to use you and/or your company’s name, likeness and trademarks for the exclusive purpose of marketing our firm.
