Though operating for seven years, Samaritan had yet to establish a strong legal foundation when we first engaged. After closing their first VC-funded round, a key condition was getting legal affairs in order.

We strategized with their team and investor counsel to create a prioritized list of legal tasks to catch up from years of under-investment.
