Challenge
When we first met with the Beacon AI team, we found their capitalization table on Pulley was disorganized and out of date. They had previously worked with another law firm that left their cap table records in disarray.
Solution
After receiving the capitalization table records from Beacon AI’s founder, we began tidying up their cap table. Our goal was to ensure the team was receiving proper equity compensation and that all details were accurately documented in Pulley.
